BPR regulation-compliant silver
We are fully compliant with all relevant BPR and GB BPR regulations and are listed as an active substance supplier. The BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation)’s Article 95 defines how Biocidal Active Substances are acquired for lawfully permitted use. From 2021, biocidal products are controlled in Great Britain under the GB BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) by which all biocide product suppliers must comply.
