Important update to our marketing support policy

HeiQ is committed to making our customers successful by offering a wide range of ingredient branding options for you to communicate the added benefits of our technologies. Hangtags, being one of the many options available, are becoming less relevant in the digital era.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we have decided to discontinue the supply of hangtags, while continuing to offer you claims guidance and creative support. We will also provide you with improved digital content. You can download an overview of all available assets.

All hangtags supply will be stopped from January 1st, 2025.

Your communication planning and forecast will not suffer. If you still need hangtags till December 2024, kindly fill in the application form below.

Hangtag Application

Before submitting your application, please read the following information carefully.

Requirements to receive hangtags:

• Fabric Testing:
  The HeiQ treated fabric has to be tested prior to the hangtag application.
  Test report must be less than 12 months old. If the fabric has not yet been tested or retest is required, allow extra time (ca. 1 month) to perform testing.
  Test reports, other than from MIS, are also accepted, please submit the report to hangtags@heiq.com
• Trademark License Agreement:
  The brand, using the hangtags, is required to sign HeiQ’s standard license agreement. Providing the brand company name and contact person is mandatory.

Application process:

1. Review the available HeiQ hangtag versions listed below.
2. Complete the form below the hangtag list. All fields are mandatory.
3. Review data entered in the form.
4. Click the button “Submit hangtag application”.
5. You are going to receive a confirmation email (send to “APPLICANT’s email address”).
6. We will contact you within 5 business days after receiving your application.
