HeiQ Materials AG announces divestment from Taiwanese Joint Venture

HeiQ Materials AG has divested its shareholding in HX Innovation Company Limited, its Taiwanese joint venture dedicated to the production and marketing of the HeiQ XReflex technology. As part of this transition, HeiQ Materials AG has sold its shares in HX Innovation Company Limited to Xefco Pty Ltd, its Australian joint venture partner. Production and operations of the technology will continue under HX Innovation Company Limited. Sales and marketing support will be transferred to Xefco who will continue to support and service the XReflex customer base, ensuring a seamless transition.
