HeiQ develops probiotic-based water treatment technologies that use selected microorganisms and enzymes to break down organic deposits in industrial process and cooling water systems. The probiotics metabolize organic residues on surfaces and in circulation, dispersing sludge and reducing fouling and odor formation, thereby supporting stable system operation and easier physical removal of contaminants.
