HeiQ innovations in surface protection showcased at K 2022
This year’s edition of one of the world’s leading trade fairs for plastics and rubber will have a significant presence of HeiQ technologies for polymers and coatings. The HeiQ team is in attendance throughout the exhibition, so if you have special requirements for protecting surfaces, we’ve got you covered.
HeiQ’s sustainable additives to prevent the deterioration of plastics and coatings will be on display at K 2022 from the 19th to the 26th of October at booth C41, Hall 8B of the Messe Dusseldorf, in Germany. In this edition, HeiQ will announce the launch of HeiQ HyProTecht XT, which provides extended protection.
The showcased technologies include also HeiQ HyProTecht, the leading range of antimicrobial surface protectors that can be durably built into polymers. The visitors will have the chance to see a comparison between plastics treated with HeiQ HyProTecht XT and others treated with conventional antimicrobial solutions. Life Natural will also be introduced at this trade show, as a product family of botanical additives that control and eliminate the cultivation and growth of bacteria on product surfaces. HeiQ Viroblock antiviral product protection, which had its premiere during the COVID-19 pandemic is another one of the innovations available at K 2022, for use in healthcare, public transportation, hospitality, public spaces, as well as in ceramics or sanitary ware. And since sustainability is at the heart of everything that HeiQ does, HeiQ ECOS will be among the showcased portfolios. This product is a transparent electrically conductive and infrared reflective coating with a wide range of applications, namely for energy-saving purposes such as retrofitting windows to make them more efficient.
