Hangtag Application

On this page you can apply for HeiQ hangtags. Before submitting your application, please read carefully following information.

Important information:

• Standard hangtags (as per list below) are free of charge, with the limitation of 1 hangtag per yard of treated fabric
• Any excess amount is provided at cost of 0.02 USD per piece.
• For customized hangtags (not listed below), please contact marketing@heiq.com
• Shipping charges have to be paid by the applicant (from our warehouse in Guangdong/China or India). Please provide a valid courier account number. By providing the courier account number, the applicant agrees that the freight charges will be charged to this account.
• We ship our hangtags in units of 200 pieces. Please use 200 pieces as unit of calculation (order e.g. 200/400/600/ etc. hangtags).

• During following times, hangtag shipments will take longer than usual due to holiday seasons: Jan 25th – Feb 21st / April 4-6 / May 1-5
• It is the manufacturer’s / brand’s responsibility to fulfill the local labeling requirements and ensure that the correct hangtag is being attached to their product!

Requirements to receive hangtags:

• Fabric Testing:
  The HeiQ treated fabric has to be tested prior to the hangtag application.
  Test report must be less than 12 months old. If the fabric has not yet been tested or retest is required, allow extra time (ca. 1 month) to perform testing.
  Test reports, other than from MIS, are also accepted, please submit the report to hangtags@heiq.com
• Trademark License Agreement:
  The brand, using the hangtags, is required to sign HeiQ’s standard license agreement. Providing the brand company name and contact person is mandatory.

Application process:

1. Review the available HeiQ hangtag versions listed below.
2. Complete the form below the hangtag list. All fields are mandatory.
3. Review data entered in the form.
4. Click the button “Submit hangtag application”.
5. You are going to receive a confirmation email (send to “APPLICANT’s email address”).
6. We will contact you within 5 business days after receiving your application.
