Antimicrobial Masterbatch (PES, PA fibers)
HeiQ offers its unique antimicrobial masterbatches HeiQ Pure MB for integration into PES and PA fibers. Due to its small particle size (about 3 micrometers) and easy dispersion, the product can be easily integrated into the finest of fibers with strong antimicrobial results - for the consumer this means lower cost and better washfastness.
 The HeiQ Pure MB has no impact on the mechanical properties of the fiber due to the fine size of the particles. Unlike other products on the market, HeiQ Pure MB will not wear out spinning equipment through e.g. abrasion.
HeiQ Pure MB is already used by major spinning mills when producing antimicrobial synthetic fibers such as PET and PA6/PA66.
